Laboratory for Computational Longitudinal Neuroimaging (LCLN)
Prof. Martin Reuter (Director)
Welcome and thank you for visiting the LCLN webpage...

The Lab's academic affiliation is with the Harvard Medical School. The lab is physically located at the A.A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, Radiology, Massachusetts General Hospital. It is also affiliated with MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab.

Here you can find information about the group (People) or browse the categories Research (Medical Image Computing and Shape Analysis), or Publications to download our papers. We also make available different Software such as the award winning ShapeDNA package to compute spectra of triangle meshes for shape analysis and processing or the novel Robust Registration tools included in FreeSurfer, used for highly accurate rigid registration of 3D MRI images and for unbiased longitudinal processing.

I hope you enjoy your visit, and please contact us if you have any questions (Contact).
Jan. 2017: We are searching for Postdocs in Computational Neuroimaging to strengthen our lab at the DZNE, Bonn, Germany: DZNE Posting.
Dec. 2016: Workshop on Spectral and Shape Analysis in Medical Imaging (SESAMI) Springer LNCS Proceedings are now online LNCS Vol. 10126.
Oct. 2016: Please consider attending our MICCAI Workshop (Oct. 21): SESAMI on shape anaysis and on spectral methods in medical imaging.
