Welcome

Deep-MI Lab and Laboratory for Computational Longitudinal Neuroimaging (LCLN)
Dr. Martin Reuter, Director
Welcome and thank you for visiting our webpage!

The Lab's academic affiliation is with the Harvard Medical School. The lab is physically located at the A.A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, Radiology, Massachusetts General Hospital. It is also affiliated with MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab.

Here you can find information about the group (People) or browse the categories Research (Medical Image Computing and Shape Analysis), or Publications to download our papers. We also make available different Software such as the award winning ShapeDNA package to compute spectra of triangle meshes for shape analysis and processing or the novel Robust Registration tools included in FreeSurfer, used for highly accurate rigid registration of 3D MRI images and for unbiased longitudinal processing.

More information about the Lab's recent activities on AI and deep-learning methods for medical imaging can be found at Deep-MI.org

I hope you enjoy your visit, and please contact us if you have any questions (Contact).
