Ansonsten kann man auch einen Makler einschalten. Häufig werden die Makler vom Vermieter bezahlt, oder es gibt eine 50/50 Regelung. Unbedingt vorher klären. Ein Makler hat den Vorteil, dass er die Wohngegenden besser kennt. Bei einem Hauskauf wird empfohlen einen Makler einzuschalten, da er die neusten Angebote bekommt und nach den Wünschen des Käufers vor-filtern kann.

Norwegen[Bearbeiten]
In Norwegen ist es nicht ueblich eine Wohnung oder ein Haus zu mieten. Statt dessen kauft fast jeder Wohneigentum. Zitat einer der wenigen Vermieterinnen: "Ich vermiete nicht an Norweger. Norweger die eine Wohnung mieten sind kriminell oder komisch oder beides." Soll heissen, dass die paar Mietwohnungen fuer Leute gedacht sind, die befristet in Norwegen sind. Als wir unseren Vermietern gesagt haben, dass wir vermutlich 2 Jahre bleiben wollen war der Kommentar: "Was, so lange?!". Der beste Weg eine Mietwohnung zu finden sind persönliche Kontakte z.B. ueber die neue Arbeitsstelle. Norweger im Allgemeinen sind reich und viele haben ein Haus und vielleicht eine kleine Anliegerwohnung, die sie vermieten koennten, wenn jemand nachfragt.
